Every price on this page is the club's 2025–2026 schedule — last season's. They are shown to demonstrate how a rate table can read; they are not a quote for the coming winter. Registration for 2026–2027 opens mid-October.
2025 – 2026 schedule
These are last season's fees, not this season's
The 2025–2026 schedule is the most recent one the club has published, so it is what this concept shows. The 2026–2027 fees come out when registration opens in mid-October, and they will replace every number on this page.
Season passes
The season pass is what gets you onto the 52 km. Children eight and under go free. The second column is the club's “super supporter” rate — the same pass, at a price for people who would rather pay more than the minimum.

Published 2025–2026 schedule. The club has not published a family rate, a day rate, a senior rate, or what happens to the price after the early-bird window closes — so this concept does not guess at any of them.
The other half
Membership is a separate line, and it carries two national fees
A membership is not the same thing as a pass. The club's own wording is that membership “includes the BVCCS membership fee as well as the mandatory Cross Country BC ($9) and Nordiq Canada ($12) fees.” So of a $39 adult membership, $21 leaves the valley before the club sees any of it.
That is worth stating plainly on a website, because a family looking at two fees on a registration form and no explanation usually assumes the club is charging twice.

Joining
Registration for 2026 – 2027 opens mid-October
That is the club's own line, and it is the only date on this site. The club has not published how registration is taken, what forms are used or how payment is made, so this concept describes none of it.

A suggestion from JnP
A club site lives or dies on one sentence a year: when registration opens and what it costs. Everything else — the trails, the buildings, the history — is true in July and still true in March. So this concept puts that one sentence and that one fee table in a single place, and makes them the loudest thing on every page. Changing seasons should be a ten-minute job for a volunteer, not a rebuild, and a site that is annoying to update in October is a site that still says 2025 in February.
Programs
Coaching for all ages, and classes for the very small
The club runs coaching across all ages, kids' classes it calls Bunnies and Rabbits, and biathlon on its own range. That is what is published — no session dates, no group ages, no program fees — so that is all this concept lists.

Ski and shoot
Biathlon
A range with its own cabin west of the main facility, and races through the season. How a newcomer starts is not published — ask the club.
Coaching
The club offers coaching for all ages. No coach list, schedule or fee is published.
